serious question: do anime cons not have any rules in place about this sort of thing?  fanart is one thing, but outright stealing images made by someone else…?

Some of the larger cons do, ones that require tax ein’s to sell and a temporary tax license are usually on it.

Also major comicon’s catch a lot of flak from the ip holders if it happens to often so they patrol as well.

Note. The vps we got is acting funky, we’re going to use that as a secondary system mule and we’re moving straight to a server loaded with ssd’s and neon lights. 

For the next several hours still 5-15% of the readers will not be able to use it due to a name register issue that will be resolved when we transfer to the server later in the week. Right now we’re back stepping until this is resolved.
